1. Tap the Messaging icon
2. Tap the Menu key
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Notifications
5. Ensure Notifications is ticked6. Tap Text Message
7. Tap Service Centre Address
8. Ensure Service Center is set to +919840011003(for airtel Chennai)
9. Ensure Auto-Retrieve is ticked
10. Ensure MMS Validity is set to Maximum
11. Ensure Notifications is ticked
12. Tap the Home key to return to the home screen
