LOADER

The loader runs at boot time and adds a table so it looks like an OEM machine. At boot time the BIOS copies certain tables from it's ROM into memory. When Windows boots it examines these tables, for OEM machines one of these tables is a SLIC. The loader adds this SLIC so when Windows boots it thinks these tables were populated from an OEM BIOS
